Tandoori Chicken Recipe

Ingredients List:

  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts - Diced into 2-3cm cubes

  • 3 heaped tbsp - Thick Greek Yoghurt (Lidl 5% fat is a good one!)

  • 1 tbsp - Minced Garlic - (Frozen cubes defrosted work well).

  • 1 tbsp - Minced Ginger - (Frozen cubes defrosted work well).

  • 1/2 tsp - Hot Chilli Powder - (This is personal preference so align to taste)

  • 2 tsp - Everest Kashmiri Chilli Powder - (Best brand, low heat and vibrant colour!)

  • 1 tbsp - Good quality Tandoori Masala Powder.

  • OPTIONAL: Bell Pepper and Onion Chunks..

Method:

  • Dice chicken breast into 2-3cm cubes and place in a large bowl.

  • Mix all other ingredients together with the chicken.

  • Cover and refrigerate until needed (24 hours is best but 1 hour minimum!)

  • Skewer chicken and cook. I like to use an Air Fryer Skewer and cook for around 12mins until thoroughly cooked and charred.
