Tandoori Chicken Recipe
Ingredients List:
2-3 Chicken Breasts - Diced into 2-3cm cubes
3 heaped tbsp - Thick Greek Yoghurt (Lidl 5% fat is a good one!)
1 tbsp - Minced Garlic - (Frozen cubes defrosted work well).
1 tbsp - Minced Ginger - (Frozen cubes defrosted work well).
1/2 tsp - Hot Chilli Powder - (This is personal preference so align to taste)
2 tsp - Everest Kashmiri Chilli Powder - (Best brand, low heat and vibrant colour!)
1 tbsp - Good quality Tandoori Masala Powder.
OPTIONAL: Bell Pepper and Onion Chunks..
Method:
Dice chicken breast into 2-3cm cubes and place in a large bowl.
Mix all other ingredients together with the chicken.
Cover and refrigerate until needed (24 hours is best but 1 hour minimum!)
Skewer chicken and cook. I like to use an Air Fryer Skewer and cook for around 12mins until thoroughly cooked and charred.
